WATCH THE WATER

Q: What do corks, barrels, sewage, and waterfalls have in common?

A: They are great metaphors for making (and remembering) New Year’s Resolutions.

Imagine a golden cork floating in a tub of water.
For now the Federal Reserve (not federal and with no reserve) has quit adding water to the tub. The Euro crisis has forced many funds and governments to sell off some hard assets (gold) to stay liquid, letting some water out of the tub. UP or DOWN, the golden cork floats.

If you can’t swim it is wiser to watch the water than the cork.

FLASH: JANUARY 12th 2012: 0bama seeks to raise the water by another 1,200,000,000,000 dollars.

You can see a five-year history of the golden cork at this link.

Watch the water at least once a day at this link.

Through the wanton spending of our ‘feel-good-now‘ Congress we have squandered the future of our children and grandchildren. This is not a Democrat or Republican issue – it is our collective shame.

27 December 2011 FLASH: President Barack 0bama will ask for authority to increase the borrowing limit by $1.2 trillion, as negotiated between Congress and the White House this summer.

LONGMONT ECO-POLICE VS ENERGY INDEPENDENCE

WARNING: The City of Longmont is set to blindly follow the City of Boulder into Eco-Oblivion.

BE THERE: City Council Chambers on Tuesday, December 20th at 7:00 PM to stop this headlong rush to embrace “Globull Warming” and all its Solyndra excesses. See details further below.

NOTE: Click on this link to see another great reason for attending the Longmont City Concil meeting tomorrow night.

Jeff Crank, Colorado State Director of Americans for Prosperity, sends us this Emergency ALERT:

Tuesday, December 20th 2011 the City of Longmont plans to hold a hearing on oil and gas activity regarding new and additional regulations for the City of Longmont and possibly a six-month oil and gas drilling moratorium. Longmont has a long history of providing domestic energy resources to Colorado and has the opportunity to provide more. However, vocal anti-oil and gas left wing environmentalists want to shut the oil and gas industry down – and Longmont is just the start.

The oil and gas industry in Colorado is one of the bright spots in an otherwise dreary Obama economy. The oil and gas industry supports over 107,000 jobs, with wages double that of the average Colorado worker. The industry pays over 90% of all severance taxes, which helps provide for better schools, better parks, and better roads. Without the oil and gas industry, Longmont residents will be asked to pay more in
taxes. Why is it important for you to be at the City Council meeting and to be heard? Mr. Wes Wilson, a former EPA employee and featured in the anti-oil and gas movie Gasland, will be presenting during the City
Council meeting. He is the only outside presentation allowed during this hearing. We must have voices to counter Mr. Wilson’s radical agenda to shut down domestic development and to show that the citizens
of Longmont support the oil and gas activity.

The Longmont City Council needs to hear from oil and gas supporters. Please help us demonstrate that the community supports the oil and gas industry and the jobs and energy it provides.

Please attend the Longmont council meeting and make your presence known:

  • Tuesday, December 20th at 7:00 PM
  • City Council Chambers
  • City Civic Center
  • 350 Kimbark Street
  • Longmont, CO 80501
  • Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is a nationwide organization of citizen-leaders committed to advancing every individual’s right to economic freedom and opportunity. WORLD PEACE OR WORLD DOMINATION

Can’t we all just get along and have World Peace?’

Some – perhaps even many – of the ‘Occupy Wall Street‘ protesters are probably genuine in their belief that what they do is for a good cause; and that what they do will help America get “better.”

Thing is, a significant number of those others with whom these dreamers stand are socialists, communists and worse. The growing list of “Occupy” supporters and contributors include many anti-American and pro-Islamic organizations. They are listed in this article which contains dozens of sub-links to the original sources.

The ‘Occupy‘ gatherings erupting in ever more American cities also include an ever-increasing number of agitators who promote destruction and other criminal activity. As of mid November 2011 there have been over two hundred documented reports of riotous and destructive behavior by Occupy Wall Street protestors.

See OWSers behaving badly in Denver, CO at this link.

So, all you teachers, union members, and World Peace Dreamers, how do you like your anti-American, pro-Islam, crime-prone Occupy Wall Street ‘brothers‘ now?

The self-proclaimed ‘99%ers‘ rail against ‘Evil Corporations‘ that ‘Send Jobs Overseas‘ when instead they should be picketing the White House against the IRS Tax Code, a product of 50+ years of Congressional and Presidential stupidity and bribery – BOTH Democrat and Republican – that has made sending jobs offshore the only way a large business can survive.

The Elected Leaders of America – both RINO “moderates” (Progressives) and Democrat Progressives (90%) – are steering her down the path of not just Socialism, but towards true Marxist Communism.

    MEETING: 7 PM WEDS. NOV 9th 2011

America desperately needs members of Congress who will honor their oath to uphold the Constitution. Today, most federal programs, and even entire departments, are blatantly unconstitutional. The cost? America’s increasing economic woes and, ultimately, our freedom.

Invite everybody !! Right-Click on this link to download a flyer (500 Kb .pdf) that you can print and post on bulletin boards at your church, work, grocery store, etc.

In his presentation to our group G. Vance Smith, President of Freedom First Society, will explain why both Republicans and Democrats have pushed America along the path to socialism. And he outlines an action plan for Americans to regain control of their government.

For more than three decades, G. Vance Smith has been an author, lecturer, and leader in defense of constitutional principles. He presently serves as President of Freedom First Society and CEO of Robert Welch University.

Say, Who Was That Lone Flag Bearer?

OCTOBER 2011: The Occupy Wallstreet clones descended on Longmont.

It was I, the infamous NextVoiceUHear, who was the lone “teaparty” counter protester, carrying my American and Gadsden flags. I questioned some of the Occupiers of Longmont in the YouTube video clip that I posted at this link (right click and choose Open In New Tab).

Some of the ‘Occupy‘ protesters shown below were probably genuine in their belief that what they were doing was for a good cause; something they could do to help America get “better.”

Thing is, a significant number of those with whom they stand are socialists, communists and worse. The growing list of “Occupy” supporters and contributors include many anti-American organizations. They are listed in this article which contains dozens of sub-links to the original sources.

The ‘Occupy‘ gatherings erupting in ever more American cities also include an ever-increasing number of agitators who promote destruction and other criminal activity. As of early November 2011 there have been almost two hundred documented reports of their riotous behavior.

Most of their signs said, in effect, ‘Democrat Jobs, not Republican Cuts‘. Odd that not one of those signs mentioned wanting to actually find WORK. The protesters demand ‘A Jawb‘, lots of breaks, and free healthcare (and everything else).

WHICH DUMPSTER BALLOT CANCELS YOUR VOTE?

Look out! Boulder County will be issuing a flood of new Mail-In Ballots! Put on your wading boots and your water wings!

The Longmont Times-Call says that the Boulder County Clerk is looking to send “24,600″ Mail-In ballots out to all the “Inactive” status Voters in Boulder County. Click on this link to read the original article.

Something is fishy here. The Boulder County Clerk’s Master Voter File shows 82,517 “Inactive” voters in Boulder County as of early October 2011. All of these are duly Registered. So where did the “24,600″ number in the article (linked above) come from?

The number of “Active” voters in Boulder County is in fact 145,177 which is almost identical to the count stated in the article. The T-C got that correct, but why was the Inactive count they listed so far off the mark? Would We The People be angered if this actual, much higher number of Inactive voters were widely known?

Mail-In Ballots have a much higher rate for fraud and error (compared with polling place ballots), and 82,517 more of them floating around Boulder County does not augur well for smaller government, lower taxes, and more freedom.

    NO BALLOT FOR YOU !

Patriots, We Have A Problem:” ‘INACTIVE STATUS MEANS NO MAIL-IN BALLOT, EVER, EVEN FOR REGISTERED VOTERS.

Here are the facts (confirmed by Boulder County Clerk officials and also by the Office of the Colorado Secretary of State):

    1. CO statute requires that no Mail-Ballots shall be sent to Inactive-status voters anywhere in the state.
    2. The CO SCORE voter-tracking system automatically sets the voter-status to ‘Inactive’ where appropriate (see further below).
    3. Failure to vote in the previous General Election (2010) means SCORE automatically toggles voter status to Inactive.
    4. 2011 is a Mail-In-Only election in Boulder County.
    5. If you are of Inactive status, you will not receive a Mail-In Ballot – ever.

Let me say it again: Everyone who did not vote in the 2010 election, or who had a Mail-In Ballot previously returned to the County as “Undeliverable,” has been set to “Inactive.” If this includes you then you will not get a Ballot for the November 2011 election.
